December Card Class and Club Thursday, December 1 at 3:30 or 6:30 p.m.

Stamp Club and Class Thursday, December 1st at 3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

Class is $10, or $5 with a $25 purchase, FREE with a $50 purchase, or FREE for 6 month/$25 club members. It is also only $5 for a demonstrator who is in my first, second or third level.
Please let me know if you are coming and at which time, so I may cut enough projects and have enough spots around the table.

We'll make this Twist Gate Fold...
We'll also make this cut out Star Gatefold.  Shawna found it on Amanda Bates' blog. She is a demonstrator from the United Kingdom. I just changed the sentiments, the layers of the main image and the swirls with Wink of Stella. Thanks Shawna and Amanda! I hope you all like it too!

We'll also make/embellish this mini gift box.  You may want to arrange the embellishments differently, and I am happy for you to do that! :)

Christmas Stamp A Stack Thursday, November 17 at 6:30 p.m.

Stamp A Stack is $25 for 16 cards, and you may select up to 4 card styles which allows you to pick your favorites.   Please provide your choices by using the name I’ve listed above the card and the number of each you’d like to make.

I require prepayment for my Stamp A Stacks because it requires me to spend time cutting, and the cardstock is specifically cut for the cards you are making. Payment is due no later than the 15th, but earlier is preferred. You may get your payment to me by mail or drop it off at my house (between the storm door and door). I have stocked my cardstock well, but it is possible that I might run out of one or another cardstock so it could be first come first serve for choices.

Please bring your own general purpose adhesive as I’ve asked my customers to do since Stampin’ Up! discontinued the glue sticks this year.  You may use double-sided tape, glue stick or tape runner-your choice.  I provide liquid glue, glue dots and dimensionals (pop dots) as needed for all classes.

**If we met at the Craft Show on Saturday, and you have not received an email from me, please contact me by email or phone as shown on my business card.  I had one email bounce--I guess my eyes are getting older and not as sharp? :)

Please let me know if you are coming and at which time, so I may cut enough projects and have enough spots around the table.
We'll make three Shake It Up! projects, and I hope you like them!

First, is this Santa Shaker.  I was inspired by cards by Patty Bennett and Cindy Elam.  I had to be finicky though and changed some things.

Next, we'll make this Gingerbread House and Gingerbread Man shaker inspired by Randi Collins. I changed her Santa to a Gingerbread man and most of the colors on the card. I also added the Real Red 3/4" Stitched Edge Ribbon.

Finally, we'll create this ornament card using the Merriest Wishes Set and the Merry Tags Framelits Dies with the lovely PIne Bough Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on Soft Sky and rubbed with Garden Green Ink. I had to use the circle dies as well since the ornament was a bit small. I love the Real Red Glitter Embossing Powder and the White and Red Metallic Candy Cane Lane Baker's Twine too.

I saw Sandra Korten's cards (She's a Stampin' Up! demonstrator in the Netherlands) that were made in this style for sympathy cards, and I just had to copy it for you all to make. I love the simplicity and beauty of her designs.

Second we'll make this card using the water color paper and Basket of Wishes Stamp Set.

We'll also make this leaf card with the Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the copper embossing powder.  You can't even see the lace I put under the Thinking of You. Oops.

Thursday, September 1 at 3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. Stamp Class and Club

We'll make three projects, and I hope you like them!

First we'll make this Halloween House using the Home Sweet Home Thinlits and the Sweet Home set.

The open back idea is from Satomi Wellard. I love the idea because it will be easy to put a variety of candy inside rather than be limited by the front door.  There is a little hole that helps you open and shut it easier.  If you only used it when you are home, you could put the tip of a twinkle light through the hole as well for added fun. You may choose whether leave the back open or not.  I added Clear Wink of Stella to the vellum spider web.

Our simple card will be this Halloween DSP sampler (well, it isn't every piece in the pack)....
I had planned to definitely use the little Cookie Cutter Halloween Vampire, but after I finished the card, I thought it might look better without it if you aren't sending it to a child. :)  So, your choice!

I saw this card design by Sharon Hashimoto Burkert and wanted to show everyone at class. We'll use the Fresh Fruits set and some fun details.

June Class and Stamp Club--Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

We'll also make this card which uses the Love and Affection Stamp Set and matching designer series paper.

Finally, we will make one of the many possibilites with the Swirly Birds stamp set and matching dies.  You can make a bird nest, kite, boat and a variety of rose cards which makes it such a useful set.  This card uses the new Sweet Sugarplum In Color.

This card will be the easel card for this month....I spaced making this one an easel yesterday though.

May Class and Club--Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

We'll make three projects, and I hope you like them!

For this card with the Bear Hugs stamp set, I used variety of greens (Old Olive, Mellow Moss and Mint Macaron) to give an outdoorsy look for a Father's Day card. The sketch I used was MOJO Monday #440 (MOJO440) I love the color scheme in the English Garden Designer Series Paper, and I think the Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder adds needed texture as well. You could also make it a birthday card of course.

Next, our easel card for this month is a scalloped circle! I decide to use it since it is retiring....

Finally, we'll make this Graduation Card....You NEED to get a choice of color(s) to me ASAP so that you can make colors you need.  This one is Cherry Cobbler and Silver/grey for Edmond Memorial.... Nothing on the horizon in your family and friends circle? Black is a versatile choice, and you could make a white tassel. (The clip is only there to hold the card down for the picture.)

Bear Hugs are always fun, and I hope you'll like this card....All cut outs are done with the Big Shot.  The inside says "It's for you" and has a pink heart with "love you" on it.

We'll also make a general birthday card using the new Confetti Embossing Folder and Party Wishes stamp set. You will be using the stamp a ma jig to position your candles and sentiment on the cardfront. ;)
