December Class and Stamp Club December 4 at 3:30 or 6:30p.m.

Our class will be Thursday, December 4th at either 3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

Please let me know if you are coming and at what time, so I may cut enough projects and have enough spots around the table. $10, or $5 with a $25 purchase, FREE with a $50 purchase, or FREE for 6 month/$25 club members.

From Twas the Night before Christmas....Clement C. Moore/Major Henry Livingston Jr. I'll let others fight that out....

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below,
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer......

The card has vellum over the house to make it look more dreamy and dark.....

Over the River and Through the Woods
Gentle Peace card using Blendabilities

You couldn't see that it is embossed in gold in the previous picture.  We'll have to be careful not to color on the gold...it damages the shine. :)

Finally, I think you'll appreciate the simplicity of this Get Your Santa On shaker card...It will be pretty quick to assemble using Stampin' Up!'s shaker frames.

November Stamp Class and Club Thursday, November 6th at 3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

Our class will be Thursday, November 6th at either 3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

This little pardoned turkey is surprisingly quick to make....He will be pretty on Thanksgiving tables with Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Blackberry Bliss and Old Olive feathers (cut with the Feathers dies).  This would be perfect for a hostess gift with some Hershey's kisses or other little candies inside.

I've seen several of these turkeys now, but I was most inspired by Darla Watson and Mary Ellen Stites.

We'll also make this autumn Holiday Home card...

We'll use the Letterpress Winter stamp set and Snowflake card thinlit die in Pacific Point and Silver...

We'll also use the Bright and Beautiful stamp set for another card with the All Is Calm Specialty designer series paper.

Deadline to sign up and prepay is Wednesday, October 22nd, but the more time I have to get everything ready the better. J

Choice #1 is Bermuda Bay Tree
It is a CASE of a Stampin' Up! holiday catalog card and the color scheme of Jill Franchett

Next is Lagoon Stars and Glitter
CASE of Lizy Bataby

It is Lost Lagoon in color...I had to take the picture without the flash so that you can read the sentiment since I was photographing at night...sorry about that.

White Christmas Snowman
The Thinking of You at Christmas sentiment would be great on this card, but I couldn't decide if I'd use that sentiment for myself, so I left it blank.

Santa and Stars
This card uses MOJO336 Mojo Monday sketch from last year

Flip Flop Snowflake
This card doesn't open quite like the others, so it doesn't have a full space in which to write if that is a consideration for you.  We may also need to limit the number made of this one since it requires a lot of big shot use.

Cherry Crumb Cake Tree
This card is more rustic than the others, but I still had to include a gold star. :)

October Stamp Club and Class

Our class will be Thursday evening, October 2nd at 6:30 p.m. or Friday, October 3 at 10:30 a.m.

Please let me know if you are coming so that I may cut enough projects and have enough spots around the table. $10, or $5 with a $25 purchase, FREE with a $50 purchase, or FREE for 6 month/$25 club members.

We'll start with this card and end with this card, so that we can allow the crystal effects on the lamplights to dry. :)

I am not sure who originally began using the Work of Art stamp set to make lines on pumpkins made from the curvy keepsake box die.  I will credit Mary Ellen Stites http://www.pinterest.com/pin/234187249348537026/ because I really love the face on the Turkey she made, so that's my thinking. :)  My pumpkin doesn't have a face and says "give thanks", but you are welcome to use a jack o'lantern stamp from Fall Fest and to add a "Trick or Treat" sentiment of course.

We'll make this little ghosty and his pumpkin friends....The plastic ghost idea comes from Penny Litwiller via Lyssa Zwolanek.

and finally, our first Christmas Card of the year.....A CASE of a card from Stampin' Up! demonstrator Paula Reid.

September Club and Class

Our class will be this Thursday evening, September 4th at 6:30 p.m. or Friday, September 5 at 10:30 a.m.

Please let me know if you are coming so that I may cut enough projects and have enough spots around the table. $10, or $5 with a $25 purchase, FREE with a $50 purchase, or FREE for 6 month/$25 club members.

This card is just a masculine version of the one I made like this in yellow.

I CASEd this masculine beauty with only a change in sentiment, but I somehow lost the stamper's name....apologies to her.
