Retiring Colors Focused Cards

First is this floral card using the lovely Watercolor Trio stamp set. This set is so wonderful because it has versatile florals and three very useful sentiments.

This card was inspired by a fun and funky bag I saw at the Brighton store:

This card is so simple and fresh. It was inspired by a card by Cindy Coutts.

This soft card has the pretty new Square Lattice Embossing Folder as the background.

Scrapbook Class Thursday, March 25 at 6:30 p.m. or Saturday, March 27 at 10:00 a.m.

My Spring Garden Scrapbook Class is available in two color schemes (Regal Rose or Brocade Blue with Certainly Celery and Kraft cardstock for more masculine picture friendly version) and has a lot of options for you....The class is $10 for the two double page layouts as shown below.

I plan to scrap some pictures of my Roses and other Spring flowers, but EASTER SUNDAY would also fit as a title in the exact same space if you choose. Perhaps you wouldn't want to include the little flower embellishments? You can either use the Poppin' Pastels technique (shown on page #1, but not on the side borders in page #2) or leave the Versamarked Very Vintage wheel as a watermark look.  You could also use the Textured Wheel instead for no butterfliesand swirls....just a textured look.

The stamps placed on the page below show an option for adding even more Bloomin' Beautiful (the Stampin' Up! set name) accents to your pages.  Be sure to click on the photographs for a larger picture.  (I have to not crop the pictures so that blogger will not TURN the pictures sideways--sorry about the extraneous articles in the pictures.)

March "Home Improvement" Technique Class

On Thursday,  March 4th at 9:30 a.m. or 6:30 p.m., you have to opportunity to learn to make the four cards shown below.  The class is $10 for 4 projects or FREE with a $50 order (which qualifies for a Sale-A-Bration set) or just $5 with a $25 order.

Faux Metal:  A faux chocolate bunny mold makes a cute faux metal image on this "Springy" card.  It includes a matching envelope, but the envelopes and cards will have a variety of different patterns.  The other color scheme is Chocolate Chip, So Saffron and Pretty in Pink. It is lovely as well, and the flower embellishment will be made to match.
Shown below is the Faux Tile Technique....If you don't want to do a lot of coloring, this is lovely stamped in Chocolate Chip Craft Ink only as well.  That is an option for the class too.

Shown below is the Faux Marble technique which incorporates shaving cream and stamping for a nice swirly look.

Our final project will be this Faux Shaving Cream card in Almost Amethyst and Whisper White with Brocade Blue:

Birthdays and Events Buffet Stamp-A-Stack Thursday, February 25 at 9:30 a.m. or 6:30 p.m.

Two different times are available for the Stamp A Stack. Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. or evening at 6:30 p.m. 16 cards for $20 Buffet style/You choose from the cards shown in this post and Pre-pay by February 15th.

Provide the names and quantities of your 16 card choices with your payment please. I'm intentionally avoiding numbers to prevent potential errors on my part. (For example, you might choose: 16 of the Banana and Rose Red Variety Cards OR 3 Banana and Rose Red Variety Cards, 4 Masculine Cupcake Birthday, 4 Celery Vintage Wheel Choice of Sentiment Card, 3 Boy Birthday Bear and 2 Tess Birthday cards)

The Tess Birthday Card and the Girl Birthday Pony cards are a bit more time consuming than the other cards...Just letting you know so that you can decide.  The quickest card is the Z-fold Plum floral.

Barely Banana and Rose Red Variety Cards:

(The elements are all the same....You stamp them with Thank you Turtle, Bday or Baby images and sentiments when you make them.)

Tess Birthday:

Masculine Cupcake Birthday:

Z-fold Plum Floral:

Blush Blossom Vintage Wheel Choice of Sentiment Card:

Celery Vintage Wheel Choice of Sentiment Card...there is no need to tell me exactly which sentiment you will choose....Almost any sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set will fit in the small oval punch shown in the Thinking of You card below.

Thank you is the only sentiment in the Teeny Tiny Wishes that fits in this Medallion easily.

Boy Birthday Bear (If you'd rather not sponge over the bear, I'm fine with that. ;) )

I've used the sign before with this bear, but the nice simple layout came from the Stampin' Up! discussion board...I can no longer find the card though I searched both "bear" and "Under the Stars".

Girl Birthday Pony (You may add Dazzling Diamonds glitter to the horse's colorful mane and tail if you'd like.)
