October Stamp Class and Club October 3rd and 4th

I hope you are able to join me this Thursday at 6:30 p.m. or Friday 10:30 a.m. for October Class and Stamp Club. We’ll make a faux iris twist card, stamp some pretty fall leaves, use the envelope punch board and start Christmas with a Tri-Shutter card for this year.

We’ll make four projects and have a snack…Shawna is our hostess this month. I’d love to see you if you haven’t been to class in a while too! Remember if you bring a friend, you get a free regular ink pad of your choice.

Please RSVP with your chosen time so that I know how many spots I need to have around the table.  All four projects may be seen here:

$10 for 4 projects, Free for 6 month/$25 stamp club members or with a $50 order, Only $5 with a $25 order...

First we'll make this faux iris twist card.  I used the Sweater Weather designer Series paper instead, but the technique was designed by Julie Davison...You get nearly the same look without all the joy of an exacto knife.  You'll be able to choose Daffodil Delight or Soft Sky...

Next is this Tri Shutter card from Splitcoaststampers/Kim Score.  You'll be surprised how easy this card is, and you'll get to use the Festive Flurry set and matching dies.

We're using the Winter Frost ds paper stack this month, and next month, we'll use the Season of Style stack.  This File Folder card (tutorial by Patty Bennett) will allow you to use the next envelope punch board.  We'll also use the Expressions Thinlits Merry die with the super shiny silver foil.

Finally....we'll make this one last due to the gold transfer potential of the gold encore ink...we'll use the gently falling set to create a Thanksgiving card in the colors I typically use for fall...I hope it isn't too boring...at least we have the Baked Brown Sugar in color added in this year. :)
